We recommend personal training above all to beginners who would like to try out the versatile Pilates equipment training on the Reformer, Cadillac or Chair for the first time. We also recommend it to clients with or after physical limitations. In one-to-one training, we can focus on your individual body and provide targeted support.
Some of our trainers work in the healing professions (physiotherapy, naturopathy, osteopathy) and are therefore also medically experienced. We also have a large network at our disposal to put you in touch with a suitable medical expert if necessary, so that we can offer you the best possible support together.
