IMPORTANT NOTE for Wellhub and Wellpass aggregator bookings:
If you are unable to attend your class after all, please cancel your booking. Please note the cancellation deadline of 48 hours. Otherwise the course will be charged by the studio and deducted from your attendance limit.
Courses canceled by aggregators (Wellpass, Wellhub) participants and any additional payments made remain as credit for three weeks from the date of sale.
Reformer training
Pilates equipment training on the reformer and chair is carried out with six participants at a time in our beautiful reformer room on the first floor. We are happy to reserve your personal fixed weekly appointment with our monthly subscription. You can release this place every month. If you are unable to attend, we will find a catch-up date for you if you cancel in good time.
Mat training
Pilates on the mat with or without small equipment takes place in our harmonious mat room in the basement. Here, too, we attach great importance to first-class quality and want you to feel optimally looked after in every class. Our teachers work with verbal and tactile correction so that you can go back to your everyday life with a wonderful body feeling after your lesson.
Personal training
In one-to-one training, we can respond individually to your body and also provide you with targeted support through many advanced training courses. Some of our trainers work in the medical professions and are therefore also medically experienced. We also have a large network to put you in touch with a suitable expert if necessary.
